No effect. I experienced no improvements after a week or a month of use for hip joint coxarthrosis. I had read many enthusiastic reviews before purchasing, so I had high hopes, but alas, a miracle didn’t happen. At least it didn’t worsen, so I suppose that’s something to be thankful for.

Great for joints! I take it when experiencing high loads on my musculoskeletal system, especially affecting my knee joints. Combined with Curcumin and Boswellia, I've noticed effects after 10-15 days. While no miraculous changes should be expected, this supplement provides excellent joint support!
